Review- Essence longlasting lipliners | + swatches

Today we are going to make something clear. Never underestimate the power of cheep makeup brands. I know I do that a lot. I look down on brands like Essence and Catrice althrough some of my favourite products I use daily are by them. There is so much makeup that is obviously over-rated and we pay waaay too much for it. I agree that there are some exceptions and that there is some makeup worth the money, but I’m always impressed when I find cheaper versions of makeup that has a great quality.
Danes želim nekaj razjasniti. In sicer: nikoli ne podcenjujte ličil cenejših blagovnih znamk. Vem, da sama to počnem in vem da je takšno početje brezpametno. Zelo veliko ličil ima očitno pretirano ceno. Enako je pri oblekah, čevljih. Strinjam pa se, da je včasih bolje plačati malce več za kakšno stvar, ampak v tem primeru naj to ne bo črtalo za ustnice. ;)

Enough rambling. This is what I’m going to write about today: Essence longlasting lipliners.
Danes bom pisala o Essence dolgoobstojnih črtalih za ustnice.

I own almost every single shade…First I was like: “Hmmm I like this color, uu I like that one too! Well, what if I write a blogpost about it? Dammit. I’m just going to grab them all.”
V svoji kolekciji imam skoraj vse odtenke. Ko sem jih prvič zagledala sem si mislila: "Hmm ta barva mi je pa všeč, uuu ta tudi! No, kaj pa če napišem objavo za blog o liplinerjih? Torej rabim malo večji vzorec…No bom vzela kar vse."



I have them in 6 different shades. What I like about them is that they are extremely creamy and soft. They are not harsh or anything. The consistency is similar to lipsticks but the staying power and feeling when you have it on is not.
Imam 6 različnih odtenkov. Pri the liplinerjih mi je najbolj všeč to da so zelo kremasti in ne trdi, tako kot nekatere barvice. Njihova sestava spominja na šminko, ampak obstojnost in občutek, ko ga nanesemo pa ne.

I find that lipsticks don’t stay on my lips for very long. They easily get clumpy or I just accidently wipe it off or something. The only lipstick that doesn’t do that is Rimmel Kate lipstick that I’ve already done review on.
Šminke na meni ne ostanejo zelo dolgo. Zelo hitro postanejo pacaste ali pa jih po nesreči pojem ali obrišem z ustnic. Edina šminka pri kateri nimam the težav je Rimmel Kate- link do reviewa.

And with lipliners that are like pencils I find that they dry out my lips almost immediately and I can not put lipsick over it. It just doesn’t feel right.
Ostali liplinerji se mi pa zdijo zelo trdi in zelo hitro izsušijo ustnice. Občutek ni prijeten.

I think these lipliners give the perfect combination. They are very pigmented, they stay on for hours. You can wear them as lipstick or you can just line your lips with them. If you wear them a lot, they will eventually dry out your lips, but not as fast.
Mislim da ti liplineji dajejo popolno kombinacijo. So zelo pigmentirani in ostanejo na ustnicah zelo dolgo. Lahko jih uporabljate kot šminke ali pa z njimi samo obrobite ustnice. Če jih imate namen nositi res neprestano, bodo sčasoma izsušili vaše ustnice, ampak ne tako hitro.

• 03- Yummy berry

• 05- Lovely frappuccino

• 06- A girl’s dream

• 07- Plum cake

Shades that I currently use the most are Plum cake and Lovely frappuccino. The colour on the pacakging is quite misleading I would say. Lovely frappuccino looks very brown, but it’s not. And plum cake is also not as purple as it looks on the packaging. So don’t let the colour on the packaging put you off.
Odtenka, ki ju trenutno najbolj uporabljam sta Plum cake in Lovely frappuccino. Na embalaži odtenka delujeta drugačna kot sta v resnici, zato naj vas tista barva ne zavede.

Here comes the best part: the price. Are you prepared for this? Well, they only cost around 1.50€ which is, in my opinion crazy affordable and worth the price.
Najboljši del? Cena enega črtala znaša okoli 1.50€, kar se mi zdi zelo ugodno in za takšno ceno tudi kvalitetno.

Rate: Because they can break pretty easily and the ends can’t be very sharp and precise I give it 9/10.
Izdelku dam oceno 9/10, to pa predvsem zato, ker se lahko hitro zlomijo in špica ne more biti zelo ošiljena, zato nanos ni tako natančen.
