It’s all about the hair (tips&tricks + homemade mask recipe)
Hello my lovely readers!
For today I've decided to write in English. I'm not sure how bad will it be, but hopefully you'll understand the point of this post. :)
Today I'm going to tell you all about my hair & other types of hair, how I take care of it, what products should you use, etc.…
So to start off I’m shortly going to tell you some of the important stuff I think you should know.
Now that you know a little bit of “behind the scenes” about our hair, I’ll give you some advice in taking care of it from the outside with all natural ingredients. I guarantee that stuff I’ll mention work wonders in keeping your hair look and feel amazing.

I can not emphasize enough how great this stuff is! I discovered coconut oil about 2 years ago and ever since I can't stop using it. At first I wasn’t sure what to think about putting oil in my oily hair, I thought it will make it a lot worse but I gave it a try and even after first time trying it I noticed a huge difference in my hair.
How I use it: normally on my 3rd or 4th day I wash my hair and twice a month I put coconut oil all over it a few hours before washing it. Make sure that you washed your hair very well before stepping outside the shower. I usually use only shampoo because I find conditioners after coconut oil unnecessary. My hair is always softer and shinier after using it. Sometimes I also use it on the ends of my hair.
Another tip I have for you is to use coconut oil when you're on a vacation. My hair always gets very dry and weird when I'm on vacation. The salt, water, sun and again water, sun... you know how it is. I tried using that spray thing that is supposed to protect your hair but it didn't work for me, so last year I brought my coconut oil with me and honestly my hair looked beter than ever. I didn't have any troubles combing it or anything.
Just mix everything together and at first it will not look very appealing, you also have to get used to the smell of eggs, but OMG this mask is the holy grail for me. When my hair gets dry, thin, oily or patchy, this mask helps. I don’t use it as often just because I can’t always find good avocados in stores. But it leaves my hair A-mazing. The only thing that bothers me is that no matter how long I wash my hair or whatever shampoo I use, I can always smell eggs on my hair after having this mask. But otherwise I love it. I put it on for 2-4 hours (the longer-the better). You can also leave it on over the night if you can sleep in it. You put it all over your hair (root to end) and then take aluminum foil and wrap it around your head. If you don’t have it you can also just secure your hair with some pins. But anyway you are going to look like an alien. Just make sure you won’t be getting any visitors (saying from experience).
Now to the shampoo and conditioner I use..
I really like trying new products and stuff but I had some bad experiences when I was experimenting with some hair products, that is why I’m a bit more careful now and I try to stick with the stuff I know work for me. One of those things that work is definitely Herbal Essences shampoo, especially the orange one. I’ve probably used at least 20 bottles of this shampoo. It’s simply does everything I expect from a shampoo. It gets my hair clean and it smells wonderful & it’s cheap. I had a minor heart attack when it was discontinued in my country for a few months, but luckily I went to Milan where I bought 10 bottles of it there and I was happy again :P lol. A few weeks later they started selling it again (thank god).

I normally don’t use a conditioner because I don’t need it. My hair doesn’t get tangly often but if it does I use coconut oil or my John Frieda conditioner.

That’s all that I’ve prepared for today. I know I made loads of mistakes writing this, but hey, YOLO. Let me know what do you think and feel free to correct me. :D
PS. All the pictures of hair you see in this post are mine.
Thank you for reading!

For today I've decided to write in English. I'm not sure how bad will it be, but hopefully you'll understand the point of this post. :)
So to start off I’m shortly going to tell you some of the important stuff I think you should know.
1) STRESS
Stress affects your hormones and the result is bad-looking hair. If you see that you're losing more hair than usually or that your hair is more oily, it could be because of stress, also if you suffer from anxiety. It may not affect everyone, but next time you notice abnormal hair loss, you can ask yourself if is it because of stress. Sadly we can't just say: »Ok, I'm not going to be stressed anymore« or »I'm going to buy that 50$ shampoo. I'm sure it will help«, because we all know is not that easy, but we can take a little bit of pressure off our shoulders by working out, devoting more of our time for things that make us happy or just doing little things, like making some tea. It may not seem a lot, but it does help.2) BAD GENES
Of course if we feel like we used every single product under the sun that claims to make our hair better and they are still not, there are always genes to blame. If you had problems with your hair since the day you were born and your it never not even for a short period of time got better/thicker/longer/shinier, then all you can do is to keep eating healthy and taking good care of your precious hair. But if there was a time when your hair was doing better try to figure it out why. Maybe it was because of the food you were eating, maybe the climate, whatever it was try to figure out what it is that your body needs.3) FOOD
Well, I'm the person who should really take this advice: EAT HEALTHIER. If our hair looks quite good, but then suddenly it starts getting oily or it gets dry, or in any way worse than before, the reason is very likely to be food. We can do a lot for our skin, hair and general psychical appearance if we eat food full of vitamins and just taking care of ourselves. At the same time you shouldn't overdo it. Be careful! For example too much A vitamin can cause hair loss. And also keep in mind that you can't expect results right away. It may take a year to see the difference in your hair (it depends how fast your hair grows), but it'll be worth it. Here I listed a few important vitamins and what is it they do for our hair.- Iron is very important because it carries oxygen to hair and promotes growth. Iron-rich foods include, egg yolks, lentils, spinach and red meat.
- With heavy exercises and a lot of sweaters we can lose a lot of zinc. Zinc is important for hair growth and if we want enough of it we should eat foods like lamb, turkey, pumpkin seeds and chocolate (the latter won't be a problem ;) ).
- Our body needs vitamin C to make collagen, "glue that holds the body together". Vitamin C is one of the most effective nutrients to help grow and strengthen hair, it also plays a necessary role in absorbing iron. Fruits that contain vitamin C are oranges, lemons, kiwi and also some vegetables like broccoli, strawberries, tomatoes, etc.
- Having enough Vitamin A, also known as retinol can also save a lot of your troubles. Vitamin A helps to produce healthy sebum, which keeps hair from drying out. Vitamin A can be found in cod liver oil, krill oil, carrots, spinach, peaches, avocado and others.
- One of the most commonly known vitamins to promote strong hair is biotin. It is a B-complex vitamin that is sometimes referred as Vitamin H. Basically biotin helps produce keratin, which is a primary component of healthy hair. We can get it by eating foods like brown rice, green peas, lentils, oats, peanuts, almonds and many more.

2) Burdock oil
When my hair is very long and I start to feel that it is getting dry or I start seeing split ends, burdock oil always helps. I bought mine in a drugstore for 2€ and it lasts for 2-3 months. You can use it the same as coconut oil.3) A-mazing hair mask
You’ll need:- 1 avocado
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 1/2 lemon
